The TKC Old Girls Association was set up in 1961, before the college moved from Damansara to Seremban, and was officially registered on 18th January 1962. The setting up of the association came from the initiative of Ms EM Pereira, the college principal then, and Puan Abbasiah Amirin Willoughby, the first headgirl of the college.

Hi Ruby, wa....I read your posting here and head scratching topics, and to think I have problems singing at karoake sessions at friends house, apa lagi these mind numbing topics, and cross examination debates.
But honestly I think its good young (and matured?) people get exposed to such exercises. I can imagine if the wife or sayang one starts an arguement and kita ada these oratory expertise, its 'game over' for her but resulting in the 'expert' having to eat leftovers and maybe sleeping in the spare room and silence in the home few days. Ha ha. Just kidding.
I guess I'll stick to my new found blogging experiences, as my Mrs not good at debates but good at forgetting to cook dinner. Ha ha.
You sure have interesting activities, Ruby. Lee.
Hi Lee,
I had an enlightening experience plugging myself as judge for a couple of the debates. I learned a lot from this participation. It really required sharpness of mind for these kids to do these debates what with all the cross-examinations...ooh..challenging indeed! Awesome event.
Lee, don't you know the wisest of man live by this dictum, 'Man has will, woman gets her way'. For sure he'll be served with the best steak that can be had..ha ha!
Your wife is good at forgetting to cook dinner? What's the problem, just go for regular dates at the Bistro then. In this day and age, mana kita nak cook lah...ha ha.
Thanks for your note, dear.
Sis;
i need your help. found that you are frm TKC. hurmm..my long lost auntie was frm TKC too..just wanna know if you know where she is now.. she is Nirzahi Salim..any idea of her ? pls dont hesitate to mail mail me at aezlinda82@gmail.com..
thanks.
My dear aez82,
Nirzahi and I were as a matter of fact friends at college. We were both prefects and we shared the same room with Kak Zabrina (my dear Kak Zab, if you read this say hello dear).
I have not been in touch with your aunty but I have just posted a note to my eGroup if anyone had been in touch with Nir.
I remember Nir as someone so ultra intelligent. Even when I knew her at college she was ahead of most of us in many aspects. She was so well read and so global even then. I truly admired her in such a positive way. We got on well together in the room.
She was so clever she left us first to Australia. I left for UK later and then was the time we parted.
Even apart she's always on my mind. She has such an effect on me in the sense she spurs people to be great and achieve high. I love her till now.
Circumstance and distance kept us apart as then we did not have the magic of electronics. I just wish...we did...sigh.
My dear girl, the moment I hear anything about your aunt, I will get to you. Hang in there and my prayers insy, we would hear from her soon.
Take care sweetheart.
Love,
Kak Ruby.

hi.pls feel free 2visitu us 4AUTH COACH items from USA at amazing price.tQ:)
I wonder if the Nirzahi Salim you refer to is the same Nirzahi I knew in Canberra Australia in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
She married my friend John Edwards and moved to North Grafton, Massachussetts around 1982. I last saw her in San Francisco in late 1988.
If you google 'Nirzahi' you'll find a reference to Nirzahi Edwards at Bond University on the Gold Coast of Australia in 1996.
Best wishes
